14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to the Gift Organizer ($49 one-time), Gift.tax Plus ($149/year), and the Advisor plan. No reason is required.

How to request a refund

Our order process is handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or reply to your Paddle receipt email.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. After cancelling, access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Renewals can also be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date.
